How To Get Leverage With A Booklet

Have you ever heard the phrase “Work smarter, not harder?” That phrase is about leverage. Leverage is power. It is when you have an advantage. Leverage means you get a significant return on your investment.

One way to use leverage is in investing. You earn money, invest it, and hopefully get more money back than you put in. You can also leverage your time. You do one small thing today, and reap large benefits from it tomorrow.

Booklets give you tremendous leverage in a variety of ways. First, they leverage your time. You spend a small amount of time writing a booklet to reap greater benefits from it down the road. Once the writing is finished, you don’t have to do that again. It’s done. Yet, you can reap the rewards of that writing again and again.

Another way booklets give you leverage is that they position you as an expert. They give you leverage with your circle of influence, or top decision makers, or consumers. You wrote one booklet, but that one booklet reaches out to many and convinces them of your expertise.

A booklet also gives you financial leverage. You invest a little to get your booklet produced into a product, and then you reap a greater return on that investment when your booklet sells.
